Q: How did your plan fit into your lifestyle?
A:My work as a community midwife can be erratic and unpredictable. I learned to make a flask of hot water to keep with me, so I could make up a meal in a pot or a soup on the go for lunch. I also kept a supply of meals or shakes in the car so if I was delayed at work, I could never be tempted off plan.
Q: When did you first notice a difference?
A:After 1 and a half stone loss.
Q: How has your life changed since losing weight?
A:It has changed enormously, as I decided to take a sort of adult gap year, and I have moved to the South of France. I am renovating a (Termite infested) old house, and learning French. I brought food packs out here with me, and my friends, when they visit, stock me up! I have been able to stay away from the french bread and the croissants, and continue on my exciting weight loss journey, breaking the curse of the "fat Family"
Q: What is your next goal?
A: I have 3-6kg left to lose, and I also want to be able to hold a decent conversation in French. I will also take my advanced motorcycling test, after I pass, I will treat myself to some new leathers, as my old ones are far too big!
